The Entry Controller is the backbone of the SafeHouse line of fully integrated access control software. It is a true client-server program, and the only product available that features distributed processing integrated in its foundation. What this means to you is far superior performance, stability, and reliability, whether it is being operated on a single workstation or as part of a network.

  • Depend on automatic recovery and correction of common database file errors as they occur
  • Display pictures of the individual resident and each visitor
  • Configure aging record erase dates, and automatically trim old records from files
  • Assign four levels of internal password protection

  • TOPS® Property Management Software Interface Option. We are the only Access Control software with an approved interface to this extremely popular property management software package. Adds, deletes and updates resident records based on your TOPS® databases.
  • Violations Option. Issue printed violation notices for HOA/POA or other infractions. Full reporting and statistical functions. Can use TOPS® violation categories and new records export to TOPS® violations databases.
